  I found out that Matthew failed to register my boiler guarantee as promised so I've now had to pay out £125 to register it and get the remaining 5 years covered. I've gone to his home twice to try to rectify this problem as he failed to reply to my messages left for him. He assured me he was talking to the representative about it. Today 02/09/2016 I've checked with the Company and this has not happened. I've sent an email to Matthew and left a voice mail for him informing him of the charges to me and asked if he would contact me by 31/08/16. I've still not been contacted! I do not rate him but the only way I could post this comment was to rate with 1 star.
